Game won't start after champ select

So two games in a row the game doesn't start whenever I pick Arcade Ezreal, and for whatever reason it's only this champion and this skin, i've used the full repair tool and received penalties for AFKing (dodging) for each game, I don't mind that I would just like some help in identifying why this would happen.
