Syndra's ulty cooldown [GAMEPLAY]

When you use Syndra's ulty, and it goes on cool down, the time behind the count down number is bugged, It doesn't spin around like every other ability. It just sits where the end of the cool down would be.
it's not a huge issue, and doesn't really affect gameplay, just figured I'd say something
