Rek'sai W fix please

So I noticed that when you are burrowed and you just right click a target you knock up but you can't auto for a bit and when you press w to unburrow you can knock up and auto immediately after to build up fury quick. I don't get why right clicking an enemy to unburrow makes it so you can't auto for a bit. Please fix this Riot unless this is a hidden mechanic you wanted on Rek'Sai.
