New Client: Can't resize window, Lower buttons cut off

I have a 13-inch laptop, so the bottom buttons on the play screen (Cancel/Confirm) are unreadable (but still make noise when I mouse over the tops). This also occurs with the mastery buttons (only seen in ARAM so far, but likely a problem on Summoner's Rift as well. Additionally (ironically), the bug report option is too low on the bottom of the screen and is totally inaccessible. I have a 1280 x 720 screen resolution if that helps!

Have you tried pressing ctrl - [Control key and the minus key] to make the client window smaller?

My friend had the same issue, try changing the resolution of your screen and checking the options menu again. Hopefully the other options should appear and remain if you change it and return your screen to the proper resolution.
