[GAMEPLAY] Riven doesn't get the health benefits from the Ranger's Trailblazer-Warrior when Smiting

I don't know if this happens because she has no mana pool, or if it's with this specific weapon or if the whole Ranger's Trailblazer tree thing that's bugged for just her, but I wasn't getting any health when I used that version of Smite I hope this helps a bit
