Possible Vlad Bug

During a game where I was playing against Vlad, something strange happened to me and a teammate. While fighting vlad we would get him to somewhat low health, then he would pool underneath us and our remaining health would instantly disappear. I know that the damage wasn't right, and for some odd reason, during the death recap it showed rammus doing 30 damage, when he was over halfway across the map from me and couldn't have been involved. Nothing in the death recap added up to the 600ish health I instantly lost, thus I have reason to believe Vlad is bugged, given that this happened to my teammate as well
