[GAMEPLAY] SION Q AND R NOT WORKING

ThIs has happened many times before . when I play sion i go to use his Q ability and it doesn't work. I tried disconnecting n reconnecting but it doesn't work. Same thing happens with his r ability . I am forced to play with just 2 abilities the whole game.
