I played a ranked and the game finished in 3:48. They surrendered, but they said it was 2 voted yes and 3 voted no. However, the game finished and our team got nothing....

This is not a bug, it's the new remake system. A remake vote only needs 2 yes votes to pass. It really helps if you read the patch notes.l
