[GAMEPLAY] Game client will not load

There are times that my ranked matches will not load, but the client states that I'm in a match. I've tried using the task manager to wipe all League of Legends processes and restarting, but the match won't start. I usually have to restart my computer completely and try to load the game in hopes that it works the first time only to find the game was a remake. I am losing LP and am now in the lower priority queue because of this. What is the solution to this?
