Client Issue With Champion Select.

I was in a team, and when I clicked "Accept" it sent me back to the Team lobby. I thought nothing of it, thinking someone didn't accept. However, when I went to talk to my teammates, they were in the Champion Select. It said I was in there, because when I tried to press "Play a game" it said I was already in a game. The only way it appeared was when I tried to log out, and then it said "You were sent back due to not choosing a champion" I got a 5 minute wait time from it. Afterwards I had Ghost Bridge Morganna stuck on my screen.
