Kicked from champ select resulting in negative LP

So I was in champ select for Ranked, and I ended up with this duo that's been in every single one of my games today that are quite toxic. I said "oh not you two again" and then suddenly, I was back at the home screen in the client. No error for why the lobby disbanded, and it gave me a dodge timer of 30 minutes. But I never dodged. I was still in client the whole time.

Same thing happened to me last night, except that game went through and I could never connect to it since I didn't even pick in champ select. Not exactly sure what happened then, and I'm just as confused this time. Any reason why this is happening? Does anyone else have this happen to them?
