When you don't AFK, but your Penalized for it??

I was joining a game but everything was going slower then the norms. It was taking a while to join but once i reached 100% the game had ended, and i had been penalized for going AFK. when the real story was that it was taking me a while to join. I never left, so why am i being penalized for something that i didn't do. Its annoying because now i have to wait 20 mins till i can play a game. FIX THIS PLEASE.
