Earn chest but doesnt appear in loot

Hello,in those two games i earn a chest,but when i go to loot there is no chest.I have 4 chest more to earn and i owned the champions.After the match it told me You earn S chest with Kennen and same with teamo but chest doesnt appear in loot.. Any help?
