Game disconnects always it almost same time.

It has been a week now where I had this issue where my game disconnects from 4 to 10 minutes and it won't reconnect until I leave then try to reconnect again. Talked to support they recommended trying hextech repair and sending them the logs, but they told me the logs are not complete. So I did it again and I dont know if it is complete or not. If you thinking that its simply my internet I dont think so cause i check during the disconnect and my internet is working fine. Looked around could not find what caused the issue but i noticed in my setting \ gaming \ xbox network. it says that My teredo ip address is unable to qualify tried fixing that and I just couldnt. I dont know what is the issue but its driving my crazy. it also affected another game I play online that is world of battleships. . Help me
