Random attack move clicking, camera locking, and spells not working.

I'm having random periods in game where my camera locks, I attack click move without pressing anything, and my spells dont cast. This has been happening for the past week or so and has happened to a few other players I've talked to. One mentioned it was a common problem on macs, but I don't know if that was a factor or not. This is getting a bit frustrating because in order to remedy the problem I have to quit league (or even restart my computer) to get it working again. This takes up in game time I could use to help my team and just now lost me a game in my series :/.
