[GAMEPLAY] Ekko passive doesn't proc while he's dead

To reproduce (on ekko):

1. auto attack target once
2. throw out Q and hit target
3. die
4. when Q comes back and hits target A on the way, there's still 2 stacks of passive on target A and passive damage is not dealt
