Missing skin

Well so i had nightbringer yasuo one of the 3 legendary skins i have and like i played it i have evidences that i had id picture on my fone aswell as replay on league account and like i didnt play LOL for about a month then i cameback and i didnt have the skin and i didnt get my rp back what do i do
