Bug Report: Draft Que Froze

Qued up for the new Draft (NA Servers my closest server is Chicago), and someone failed to ban and client kept me trapped in the game instead of requing me. Had to leave the match and get a wait timer. No sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
