Accepting game problem [CLIENT]

After I accept found game and for some reasons it was declined (9/10 accepted etc.), and the next game found too quickly, right after 1st one, my "Accept" button inactive. There is no such a bug if between 2 found games exist even a second. Please could you answer something, if you noticed my message!

I have different kind of problem.When i accept game my league of legends screen went black and i cannot pick or ban champion .So that kick me out of champion select and i always got dodge timer.Please riot help my out
