(GAMEPLAY) Gragas Q stops working in game

I was just playing a ranked game as gragas and at first everything was fine but around the time i put 3 or 4 points in Q it stopped working> at first i thought it was my keyboard but not only did my q still work in chat but also when i bind the spell to another key it still did not work. Upon reading the spell it said that it cost 0 mana and had a 0 sec cool down. If you could do something about this or at least take gragas down so this doesn't happen to someone else that would be great thank you
