[Gameplay] Ekko Statik shiv procs
When building 
with 
if you phase dive and attack a minion the energized proc occurs before the blink, meaning if you Phase Dive a low health minion it will die and you won't blink.
Steps:
1: Play Ekko
2: Get Static Shiv
3: Energize it
4: Phase Dive and auto a low health minion
I've tested it multiple times and on different maps and it occurs every time.
