[PBE] Multiple Runes of Tier3 Glphy's Scalling CD'

I have extra runes of Greater Glyph of Scaling Cooldown Reduction (x63)Max (x54)If x9 is used.

Not sure how to recreate it, but I believe it was when. The shop froze as I was buying runes and I kept rebuying it as I thought it wasn't registering. When it finally bought the "x9" I can see "x63" of the runes.[zombie-brand-facepalm]
