IP not registering/ disappearing when I re-log? (CLIENT)

For the past couple of days I've been playing like two games a day. Today I reached 4867 IP, so I tried to buy , but it said I didn't have the right amount of ip/rp

I figured it was bug and would be fixed, so I played one more game, logged out, and went to work. When I came back, it said I had 4628 IP...

This also followed when I played last night. I rage quit when I reached 4798 IP, told myself I'd do it the next day. When i logged in the next day, my IP was no where near 4798.

Is it a bug? Is it my games? Is a goblin stealing my IP while I sleep/work?
