Out of nowhere keep disconnecting and reconnecting

So, I just had games lately where I keep disconnecting and reconnecting randomly, and a bunch of times. my internet was stable and i have a low fps, 23 fps ( i forgot what's its called but it's located at the top of the very right corner). Before this game, I've had games where I randomly disconnected and reconnected, but it only did it once and afterward, it was fine for the rest of the game. This problem cost me a bunch of games and starting to affect my gameplay..... I need help to resolve this.
