No chest after S rank

I dont have a chest for Rakan and still have 2 chests available, yet no chest was given for the S+ I earned in the game. Earlier it had happened with Jinx as well, but I though maybe I didnt meet qualifications, after this I'm positive that its a bug and that the reward system isn't giving out proper rewards.
