Hextech Mystery Champions are RIGGED!

I bought them the first day they were in the store. Didn't open them with hopes getting Zoe in some weeks. But I so wanted to open some and so I did got some cheap 3150 champions which you should not have possibility of getting. Then today I opened all of them(15 of them) and got last of my 5 3150 champs in the store then got 10 4800 champs and 0 6300 champs. On the pictures there shows that there is Braum which costs 6300 but I bought it with essence because I had shard of him and his skin waiting for him.

Yes I still got more buck of my essence because I got alot of 4800 champs with 3950 but the thing is. There isn't a word that you only get the champions worth the less. They have said that all things opened are 100% going to be 4800 or more. I own all the 450, 1350 and now 3150 champs. Its utterly disgusting what Riot is doing. I hoped to get some cool 6300 shards that I have waited for so long. Oh well i guess I have to grind a whole year so in new essence shop I can buy those hextech mystery champs.
