Jarvan four - freezing into purple infrastructure

Hi,

I'd like to report a bug that happened to me twice today while playing jarvan, in two different ranked games (out of 3 games I played).

Unfortunaly I don't have video footage of some sort, as I am not recording any of my games.

The first time happened as I tried to escape from the enemy, playing in the purple team, trying to retreat to my base from mid lane. I tried to pass the first of our towers, which was destroyed, by using the e+q combo. I used e somewhere half between the middle of the turret wreck and behind the turret, which caused me to stay trapped onto it. I couldn't move anymore, resulting in me dying.

The second time happened as I tried to flash through the purple nexus (playing as blue) to chase after an enemy. Not really straight through it but a bit sideways. Same thing happened, i got stuck, then the game ended.

I did not suffer from any sort of crowd control at both times.

Has this occured to anyone before?
