[GAMEPLAY] Lux E visual bug

I just played a game and the enemy team had a Lux support. Everything was okay in the game but Lux's E was bugged. I could not see the center circle thing. I could barely see the distortion from the lines that are supposed to surround the E. It was very hard to play against and just wanted to let Riot know so it can be fixed and my league experience can be improved.
