Cannot lock in and game doesnt start

Every time i try to lock in a champion nothing happens while it counts down to 0. Normally it should just kick me out of the lobby but for me everything just freezes and the only thing i can do is type in chat and dodge. This happens every time i want to play a mode that needs locking in a champion. Please help

I get the same bug in almost every champion select, but it rarely comes when I need to lock in.
