Augments, zed ult vs blast cone, and onine?

Viktor augments: After buying/upgrading viktor he core you are never able to undo, even of you haven't augmeted the wanted ability yet. Online?: In the chats you have with others their user appears offline (only in the bar above the chat box, otherwise the friend board is fine). Zed ult vs blast cone: I don't know if this was intended but when and opponent/enemy is in mid auto animation while on the blast cone, and you ult with zed, you don't follow them. Rather zed appears right before they finish/land they jump. This is because zed ult cast is only 1 second, so buff??
