unable to connect

hey guys .

I have a problem in this game ( unable to connect )

After many failed attempts to fix the problem and because of the absence of the game was banned 20 minutes to 5 games

I changed the internet connection and played 5 games without any problems. The problem is usually a new one on the new internet and again I have been banned 20 minutes for 5 games

Now the game does not work every time I get ( unable to connect )

Is there a solution to this problem?
