No Hextech Chest after getting an S

I got an S as veigar in a draft pick game, solo, but i got no chest. I assumed it was a glitch when there was no animation after the game but i looked but there was no chest. I don't know whether this is a glitch or part of the game but if anyone knows the reason please tell me.

Have you already earned a chest on Veigar? You can only earn one chest per champion per season, so if you have already earned a chest on Veigar before, then you are unable to earn another chest on him until next season.
