Ping Spike, Lose Control of Character but do not DC

So up until the past week or two my League ran perfectly fine, no lag or ping spikes, no issues at all. Now all of a sudden Ill be running towards the turret or in the middle of a fight and I lose control of my character completely like I am trying to reconnect to the game and then I just teleport to where I was moving before it happened sometimes causing me to die mid fight while doing nothing but standing there.

Im not sure of what the issue is, but it is absolutely ruining my games. Especially in promos. Probably lost a fight or 2 that turned the game around for the enemy team.
