I didn't get my Lvl 7 S token for lux

I played a decent game of lux but after we won i get the victory screen without the background emblem. just the text saying VICTORY along with the usual red button below it. go to click to leave aaaaaaaannnd im froze?

tried bringing up task manager but being full screen and overlayed i couldn't get around it. tried closing the client in the background but to no avail. I had to restart my whole computer after waiting a minute. logged back in and checked my loot- no token (I've had 2 for a while). i checked my match history and sure enough, i DID earn an S. Could i please get my S token?
