Summon Aery -- High End PCs, Others Drop FPS on Use with Camera Lock

Hi all,

I reported this bug a while back but nothing seems to have been done about it. It affects everyone who uses the Summon Aery keystone, especially supports with long-range spells (e.g. Morganna Q, Rakan Q, etc.). When playing with locked camera, no matter how high-end your PC, you will experience stuttering lag if you use this keystone. This has been the case ever since 7.24 and the introduction of the new runes systems.

**SERVER: **Any

TYPE OF BUG: In game, visuals

Description:

**If **you 1) use a locked camera, and 2) use with the Aery keystone, and 3) land Aery on a long distance ability (e.g. Rakan Q is the clearest, along with Brand W and any other long range spell), **then **the screen will stutter for several frames for about 0.5 seconds -- even on high end PCs with 400+ FPS.

Video or SS: No need, follow the steps to reproduce.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select a champion with a long range ability (e.g. Rakan, Morgana, Lux, Brand, any)
2. Select Aery keystone.
3. Hold "Space" to lock the camera to your movements.
4. Land a long range ability on an enemy champion to trigger Aery.
5. Move around with camera locked before the ability hits the enemy champion.
6. Notice the frames skipping/stuttering when the ability hits and Aery triggers.

**Expected result: **No frames will skip.

**Observed result: **Frames will skip, even on high end PCs.

**Reproduction rate: **100%.

**System Specs: **Nvidia GTX 1070, i56600K 16 GB ram.
