Nexus Blitz, "An Error has Occurred" during champ select, claims I dodged queue

Got to final part of Blitz champ select, was building my Masteries page, click save with only a couple of seconds left.

Then I receive an error, something about it failing to save the page, or something, I'm not sure, I only got a second to read it before it kicked me back to the party screen, and claimed I had dodged the lobby, and had to wait for a dodge timer.

Seriously? Maybe if that happens because of a launcher error, it shouldn't count as me dodging...?!?

A second time in the same day, the game kicked me back to lobby and I have to wait 6 minutes to play because "I dodged queue"

This is happening to me as well. It has happened early in Champ select and also at the last second before load. Getting a dodge penalty when your hands aren't even on the keyboard or mouse is not cool. Actually, it's complete BS. What is going on?
