Sona PowerCord Bug

Sona has been my main for about 3 years now. I really like the new changes but one thing that is annoying me is her right click Powercord.

I have auto attack turned off and I do not auto attack anything at all but if I have a Powercord charged and click on the map it will autocast my powercord on a minion. This has been happening since Pre-sona changes.

I use my right click to constantly be moving. This causes so many minion killsteals and adcs get mad lol. It also makes it really hard to time a harass as I will right click to move forward and my power cord will cast and be wasted on a minion. Again turning off auto attack only effects the auto attack and it still will powercord auto attack.

I believe this spell should only attack if you right click on a minion/tower/enemy.

Is this supposed to happen like this? Any tips on how to prevent this if its not a bug?
