Can't cast redemption while dead
It's been a while since I've played Soraka, I've been rotating around other supports since pre-season came out, but I went back to 'raka tonight and after building redemption & dying, I found I couldn't use it - it remained active in my items, it allowed me to target it - but clicking to activate did ... nothing. Seems like a bug.
To reproduce:
- Norms, draft
- 'raka
- Build Redemption
- Die
- Try to use it.
I also noticed that it doesn't damage enemy champs anymore? Did Redemption get nerfed recently? I couldn't find any reference in patch notes and folks as recently as 4 days ago are still complaining about it on the forums, so I assume not? I dropped Redemption on a Lee Sin while he was dancing in the jungle by a ward and it did ... nothing. Activated, glowed, triggered ... no damage that I could ascertain.
Any insight would be appreciated. I'm on a Mac, running 6.24, in the new client, not legacy. MacOS Sierra, 10.12.3 beta, MBP 15" Retina Late 2013, if that matters.
