Champ select bugged sometimes.

Randomly when I get in a champ select in normal draft mode, my client will get frozen on someone's ban. I can still type, change my champion, see chat, change masteries, etc. but it shows 0 seconds left on the ban timer and it kicks me from the lobby for not locking in a ban/champion, and I get punished and have to wait to queue again. It is not just me, as my friends have had the same problem recently. It's really annoying to get punished because the client is messed up.
