No Blue Essnce

Hello I seem to be having an issue claiming my blue essence. When I first logged in I received the message about the new system and it showed me what my new blue essence balance would be. I have bought multiple runes since season 7 started, I started playing games and have played many yet I did not recieve any additional blue essence nor any missions. I think their may be some issue. Please look at my account to see if I have made a mistake or if there is a bug here. Thank you.
