Talisman of Ascension bug

When you upgrade to Talisman of Ascension the description states that minions drop -0.10 gold, and the passive Favor goes back to 0/650 gold. I'm not sure if it gets rid of the passive bonus after you've already achieved it, but it seemed like it did to me.
