[GAMEPLAY] Jarvan IV E-Q during Morgana's Dark Binding

When Morgana binds Jarvan, he still has the ability to use his E-Q combo in order to relocate himself during the duration of the binding, basically ignoring the whole point of a binding. I have been playing Morgana ever once I downloaded this game 4 years ago and Jarvan has always been able to do this. So the possibility to reproduce this is most likely 100%. You are probably thinking that I'm talking about binding him while he's in the middle of the combo, and you would be wrong. I'm talking about binding him, and then 1 second later he E-Q's and then he waits at his next location for another second before the binding wares off. Thanks for reading :)

This has been a part of the game and Riot endorsed for awhile now. The reason he can do this is because it is an interaction between one skill and a "different" game object, Jarvan's flag. It works similarly to a knock back because of this interaction and I believe, not completely sure though because I'm not good with coding, that if you were to change it so Jarvan couldn't move, then nothing would work during a snare because you would be saying that those snared cannot interact or be interacted with during that time. I might be wrong but honestly I think it is a cool interaction and should be left since it is a Jarvan-exclusive skill and was nerfed indirectly when they narrowed the hitbox for his Q anyway, but that is just my opinion.

Usually when you are bound (doesn't matter from whom) you cannot use your abilities that allowed you to be repositioned (Ezreal's E or Nidalee's Cougar Form W for example). You cannot even use it for the damage (again, Ezreal's E). Since Jarvan IV needs to use two spells to reposition himself, disabling them might be too much. I think the best bet is allows him to use E and Q when bound but cannot dash using E-Q combo.

It's not just morg bindings, it's all CC. J4's combo just straight up ignores everything. It's silly.

Honestly the problem is this, is that his Q is not directly coded as a dash, and rather a forced movement along the lines of Blitz grab. This isn't necessarily a bug, but more a result of poor coding.
