Infinite download

So, i downloaded program named "VPN PRO" for a game named PUBG LITE (a friend of mine did the same, and he have the same problem), after that i was unable to click play button in game, somehow i managed to play with my friend he was able to invite me so that was not that big problem but when this new update was relesed it was infinite download without moving i uninstalled League and started installing it again but still infinite download (i never used league with this VPN).I uninstalled this "VPN" but still its like im using it.
