Accept button doesn't pop-up.

It started today, after a small update. I keep clicking on "Find Match", waiting 10-30 seconds only for the usual "Match found: Accept/Decline" to not show up. It doesnt work either with other people. The timer stops, indicating that a match have been found, but the pop-up AND the sound are absent.

My connection have been tested, it's very good; i have 120mb/s with 10ms of latency. This is a Morgana bind, i need . Help.
