[Client/Crash] Every Windows update makes the game impossible to launch

As said, every time my Windows updates, the game crashes when loading into a game, 100% of the time. It's getting unfeasible for me to continue to have updates turned off, and me deliberately deleting every update that comes up. I'm unable to say which update specifically breaks League, however I do have a crash dump, which might be of use. Once the game crashes, I either get a black screen, with a box asking me to create a crash dump, or bugsplat. Prior, when getting the crash dump pop-up, the league window would be impossible to close. Today, I was able to, which is weird. I have attempted a repair and uninstall prior to no effect. I understand my issue is very subjective, and (obviously) not all exhibit it. Here are my steps to reproduce it either way:

1: Update Windows 2: Get into a game 3: Wait for loading screen 4: Have the game crash once the game launches into full screen mode.

My success rate of this bug is 100%.

Steps to temporarily fix the bug:

1: Go to Windows settings 2: Find "Update & Security" 3: Go to "View update history" 4: Press "Uninstall updates" 5: Right click on all updates, and uninstall all with the option to.

To delay/stop updates (optional): 1: Do step 1 and 2 from the above temporary fix. 2: Press "Pause updates for (x) days" (x indicates number of days. It's possible to change this number, so I'm unsure what number it defaults to. Mine is set to 7 days)
