Xerath's Q (Arcano Pulse) MAJOR GLITCH

There is a 13% chance that when your playing xerath your Q (Arcano Pulse) might conpletely stop working re-binding won't work and dying only has a 36% chance of fixing this the only absolute solution so far is relogging which wastes time.

IS THERE ANY SOLUTION TO THIS GLITCH OR DOES RIOT NEED TO FIX IT?!?!?

No, it's a bug/glitch that has been noticed since MONTHS and happens also to Varus. Yet no Rioter has still showed to talk about this, nor patch notes have tried to fix this bug.
