Gold 3 borders all of a sudden turned to Gold 4!

I patched the game today for the newest patch which was 6.1. I went into a game and noticed that my border had changed from the Gold 3 border to a Gold 4 border. I can confirm it's happened to everyone which ended up in Gold 3, Weird glitch, please fix Riot
