Hi im Mikrius i play on EUNE and finished season as Gold V but before the season end ( 7th nov ) i got a 14 days ban. today the ban expired i logined on my acc and i looked if i got rewards but i didnt, i asked my friends if they got a reward they said the did. Please help me !
If you were given an account ban and were below Honor 2 when the season ended, you will not be eligible for the Ranked rewards. If your ban happened after it ended you would be eligible, or if you only got a chat restriction (and can reach Honor 2 by Feb. 11th), or if you got back to Honor 2 by the time the season ended (except for an MMR Boosting ban) you'd be eligible.
