Cant change region

Hi

So I have tried to change region to EU west from North America. I made a mistake when i was making my account. When i try to change the region its says now its changed, relog in the new region, but i cant relog. It says i have the wrong password or username. But i can log in north america region, and the riot points havent left my account.
