Post Game Lobby

Hello. I know that I'm not the only one that sees this but, the post game lobby has changed since aphelios's release. It would normally show a bright white for players in the lobby, but now they're all greyed out indicating they disconnected from the post game lobby. This has been going on for 3 months and i've been ignoring it simply hoping riot will implement a fix. It's still the same and i only see quite a few posts on it within the fourms. Was this intentional? Is it going to be fixed? Perhaps a update for the post game lobby? What is going on?
